Consignor Agreement
1. Consignors are responsible for reading through the Consignor Process. 2. We accept general consignments during normal business hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.3. Clothing consignments are accepted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. 4. Each clothing consignment visit should not exceed eight items, with a maximum of two visits per month. 5. Consignors will receive 40% of the sale price for furniture collected directly from their home by our delivery/pick-up team. A $50 administrative fee will be debited from your account.6. Consignors will receive 50% of the sale price of furniture if the piece is brought to the store by the consignor. 7. Consignors receive 40% of the sale price on clothing, fashion accessories, jewelry, and household items. 8. Our pickup team will make the final decision on which items to consign after visual inspection. Please note that photos sent via email may not accurately depict the item's condition. This also applies to furniture brought to the store for consignment. 9. Area rugs from pet-loving households will not be accepted for consignment. Area rugs must be laid out for evaluation, and our pickup team has the authority to accept or deny pick up based on the condition of the area rug. 10. All sales are final. No refunds are issued after purchase. Items may be re-consigned. 11. Management reserves the right to exercise discretion in determining which items are deemed eligible for consignment. 12. If any item is accepted but later discovered to be compromised in any way, management reserves the right to remove the item from consignment and donate it. 13. Consigned furniture and accessories will be on the sales floor for 90 days. Clothing will be in inventory for 60 days (30 days full price, 30 days half price). 14. Consignors are responsible for picking up any unsold items before the 60/90-day consignment period ends. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity. 15. Consignors agree to leave items at Where’d You Get That? at their own risk. Where’d You Get That? is not liable for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. 16. Consignor payments can be collected at the store by specific inquiry. If this poses a hardship, a stamped addressed envelope may be provided for mailing. 17. Payment will be made on demand for the full balance through the payout date. 18. Balances are maintained for one year. Any money due to a consignor beyond that time will be forfeited.
