To maintain our standards, we have specific guidelines for consigning clothing items. Please read the following carefully before bringing your clothing items to the store.
We accept clothing items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.
Each consignor may bring up to eight clothing items per visit with a maximum of two visits per month.
Our staff will determine which clothing items will be accepted for consignment.
Clothing and accessories accepted for consignment must be current in style and in "like new" or "gently used" condition.
All clothing must be clean, pressed, free of wear and tear. Please place your items on hangers. We will not accept items placed in bags.
Items must be from a smoke-free home and vehicle.
Items must be current in style (2 years or newer. Exceptions are made for high-end designer clothing. We will determine this at check-in to determine salability.)
Any items found to have stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, pilling, or brands we do not accept, dated style, etc. will be donated.
We encourage you to choose your clothing consignment items thoughtfully. If you have any sentimental attachment to an item, we kindly ask that you refrain from consigning it with us. Our goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Consigning your clothing is an opportunity to declutter your closet while earning some extra cash.
Please communicate any pricing thresholds on high-end clothing pieces to our staff prior to leaving it at the store.
WE DO NOT RETURN UNSOLD ITEMS. Any clothing items that remain unsold after 60 days will be donated. If you wish to retrieve your unsold items, please contact the store before the end of the 60-day period.

Per our contract, consignors leave their clothing items at Where'd You Get That? at their own risk. We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.
